Glove
We use two glove construction systems: pre-punching or weaving over the last. In this construction, the entire perimeter of the shoe is leather, which is then fitted directly to the last and then the sole is attached.


Solestitch
It is similar to the Opanka construction, but in this case, the cut is also sewn to the sole by mechanical means.

Opanka
The cut is sewn to the sole by hand.

Pasted
The cut is mounted on the last and then the whole sole is glued. The ornamental insole is attached at the end.

Direct Injection Process
When cutting with a strobel, the sole is injected in a liquid state which then forms a mold. Once it cools down, the shoe is then complete.

Glued Strobel
It is a system similar to the direct injection process but the only difference is that the sole is in solid and not liquid form.

California
The cut is sewn to the ornamental insole and its padding. This set is mounted on the last and then the sole is glued.

Polyurethane
The polyurethane soles are very soft, light and resistant. Given these qualities, PU soles provide great comfort.



Rubber
The soles created with rubber result in a pleasant and versatile look and feel with great resistance and comfort. The rubber is very safe to walk on and very durable.

Rubber Floor
PU platform and rubber floor or PU sole and rubber foot.

Thermoplastic
TR creates soles with very attractive designs – colors, textures and shapes – that follow international fashion trends. Its materials also do not let the cold air in, keeping the foot warm.

TPK
TR with stronger resistance to abrasion.

PU / TPU
TPU is a PU-compatible thermoplastic. TPU is the material with the best abrasion characteristics.

Phylon
Phylon is a material made from EVA pellets that are compressed and expanded with heat and then cooled in a mold, which makes the shoe light and flexible.

RPU
RPU is a variation of PU which, due to its characteristics, generates fewer bubbles. It has a rubbery feel.

Extra Light
Very lightweight, padded anti-bacterial material. This biodegradable material is environmentally friendly and very ergonomic.

Rubber / Eva
Combination of rubber with EVA for comfort and design.

ABS / Rubber
It is a thermoplastic resin with great hardness and rigidity, commonly used in the manufacture of platforms and heels.

Phylon / Rubber
Sole composed of Phylon with a rubber component, usually the skate.
